Incentive Structure
Monthly Revenue Slabs:
- Less than ₹10 Lakh → No incentives
- ₹10 Lakh – ₹15 Lakh → 1% of monthly revenue
- More than ₹15 Lakh – ₹25 Lakh → 2.5% of monthly revenue
- If 50 batches formed in 1 cycle → 2% of the monthly revenue (collection amount)
Scope of Work
- Will handle B2C for now
- Centre management
- Connect marketing team – weekly
- Leads conversion
- Quality leads tracking
Interview Process
2 Virtual Rounds:
- Virtual Round with Business Consultant
- Virtual Round with Founder
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end B2C sales operations
- Manage Centre operations efficiently
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead quality & campaign tracking
- Drive lead conversion and admissions growth
- Track and optimize quality leads & sales funnel performance
- Manage targets, team productivity, and daily sales activities
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent learner experience
- Will have to take responsibility of B2B – college connect later on

Requirements
- Good communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
- Email writing skills (clear, professional, and structured communication)
- Basic understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) for writing, follow-ups, and efficiency
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic Excel / CRM knowledge (good to have)

- Freshers or candidates with up to 3-6 Years
- Has expertise in EdTech
