Submission of an enquiry form or attending counselling/demo sessions does not guarantee admission. Admission is subject to eligibility, seat availability, and institute approval.

Admission will be considered confirmed only after successful document submission, agreement acceptance, and payment of applicable registration/course fees.

Once admission is confirmed, no cancellation request will be accepted, and fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Students are expected to maintain discipline, attend sessions regularly, complete assignments, assessments, and follow institute guidelines for successful course completion and placement support eligibility.

Placement assistance/support will be provided as per the selected program plan. Students must actively participate in training, mock interviews, profile building, and job processes. Final job selection depends on individual performance, skills, interview performance, and employer requirements.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to the use of the Website, Services, Courses, or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karnataka, India.

The User agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts and waives any objection regarding venue or inconvenient forum. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be initiated only before the competent courts of Karnataka, India.

In the event of any dispute, the Company reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or other proprietary interests.
